Do I need an account to purchase from CHIVANE?

You can shop at CHIVANE as a guest, but signing up for an account will allow you to get through the checkout process much more quickly.

What payment options do you accept?

We accept most major credit cards, as well as Paypal, Google Pay, and Shop Pay.

How do I apply a gift card to my order?

Using a gift card is easy. You'll find a space to input your gift card number when you arrive at the checkout page, as well as when you select a payment option.

How can I know my selections will fit?

We offer a detailed size chart that includes various measurements. Plus, on every product page, you'll find helpful size guides that make it easy to choose the perfect size for you. Take a moment to read the chart before placing your order.

I’m excited! When can I expect my order to arrive?

We're excited for you! The time it takes for your order to arrive will depend on the shipping method that you choose. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while overnight shipping takes two business days. Orders that ship to Canada take 5-7 business days unless you choose Overnight Delivery. For international orders, you can expect your order to arrive in 5-10 business days.

Oh no! The item I wanted is temporarily out of stock. What can I do?

We frequently restock popular items. Check the shop frequently or sign up for our newsletter for exclusive info about items that are returning to the CHIVANE store.

How often do you restock items?

It all depends on the supply that's available, but you can always reach out to let us know if you're eager to see an item return to our stock.

Do you offer free shipping?

We do! Shipping is free for U.S. orders $65+. That's true for orders going to Canada, as well. If you live in an international location, then you're eligible for free shipping when you spend $125+. Just make sure you choose the standard shipping option.

How do I return items?

We have an easy-to-use Return Portal to help with returning items. You can return non-final items for store credit as long as it's within 30 days from the date of the original order. To receive a refund, you must submit a return ticket within 14 calendar dates from the date you receive the order.

Are there any restrictions on the items I can return?

Final Sale items, such as anything on sale, bras, hosiery, intimates, sleepwear, and swimwear, are not eligible for return or exchange. You can read our return policy for more details.

Do you have a storefront?

No. CHIVANE is exclusively an online store, which means that you can order from anywhere at any time!
